Our tactical team leads in the field. You take a scope of work, lead a small crew, and build it right — protecting the craft and the design intent down to the details, while bringing your people along. Hands-on, high-end, and a clear step on the path to Project Manager.
Carpenter (Field Tech) -
Where craftspeople come to do their best work. You'll build high-end, design-driven projects alongside experienced leads who care about getting the details right and want you to succeed. Whether you're starting out or already skilled, the work is real and the standard is high.
