Sabatini Residence
This custom home was designed by the principal of Sabatini Architects as a refuge for his young family. The brief: it needed to perform as well as it presented.
That priority shaped every layer of the build - a tight SIP-panel envelope, a high-efficiency geothermal HVAC system with fresh-air exchange, and rooftop solar. Inside, the finish palette stayed natural and healthy: bamboo floors and doors, low-VOC finishes throughout. The result is a custom home that lives quietly within its energy footprint and reflects the precision of an architect designing for his own family.
