Kemnitzer Residence

A modern addition to a classic Brookside Tudor, designed by the homeowner — a principal with Kem Studio — and built by Hurst. The project added a new primary suite with a custom closet wall behind walnut pivot doors, a simple modern bathroom, and an expanded, updated kitchen.
